Playtech signs five-year international agreement with The Jockey Club

Playtech the world's most renowned gaming technology company announced today a brand new partnership of five years in partnership with The Jockey Club, the largest commercial organization in British horse racing. The exclusive partnership will let Playtech create a range of cross-product content that is based on the famed races and racecourses managed through The Jockey Club. The agreement was negotiated through Creation i-Gaming and Metrostar.

In the new agreement, Playtech will have rights to create a variety of content in its top-performing product segments, which include top online casino malaysiaLive Casino, Poker, Virtual Sports and Bingo. The first product from the partnership will launch prior to this year's Cheltenham Festival, including a RNG casino game which will be the newest version of Playtech's Sporting Legends suite.

The Jockey Club, founded in 1750, is the biggest commercial company in Britain's second largest spectator sport. It has 15 racecourses across the country, The National Stud, Jockey Club Estates, Jockey Club Catering, Jockey Club Live, Jockey Club Services and its charitable organization, Racing Welfare.

Alongside its market-leading products and services Playtech has collaborated with its licensees to be synonymous with efforts to improve the standards of responsible business and safe gambling. Through partnering with and working with the most reputable suppliers and operators within the industry, Playtech was a key player in the development of the first industry-wide code of conduct that promotes safer gaming design.
