The former Uruguay midfielder Fabian O'Neill, who played for Cagliari and Nacional at club level, died Sunday at the age 49 years old, the Uruguayan soccer association announced.
ESPN said that O'Neill had been admitted to a hospital on Saturday, in an induced coma, suffering from bleeding due the chronic liver condition.
The midfielder appeared in 19 games with Uruguay as well as being part of the Uruguayan squad in 2002's World Cup in South Korea and Japan but the Uruguayan did not participate,report by jfdbet casino.
